Tourism in Madison

With a place with so much value such as a state capitol there are bound to be many things such as restaurants, hotels and other various things around it. As visitors go to view the capitol they will see these other businesses, which would make these places more money and popularity.

People with a fondness for the military and respecting soldiers could go to the Wisconsin Veterans Museum where you can, “See, hear, and honor the stories of Wisconsin veterans from the Civil War era to present day. Learn where Wisconsinites served and why their sacrifice still matters today.”

For more adventure-seeking people who like challenges and quick thinking they could do an escape room. There is an escape room where they ”offer live room escape games that provide a unique & entertaining experience for families, friends and coworkers. Teams of players are “locked” in a themed room with only 60 minutes to use wit, creativity and teamwork to search for clues, solve puzzles and ultimately escape the room. It’s smart fun that puts a new twist on team building, birthday parties, date nights and outings with friends.” And with it being only 0.1 miles away from the Capitol means you could do both in a day!

But some people like to slow down and unwind with a good book. Well, they could go to the Madison Public Library with a huge selection of books for any type of reading, science fiction, murder mystery, non-fiction, or any book genre they want. But those are only a couple of options; if people are interested in more entertainment near the capitol you can find out more on Tripadvisor
