Why Join Each Branch?

Sydney Reynolds is a second year in Youth in Government and this is her second year participating in the legislative branch. Sydney really enjoys writing bills and sharing what she believes is important to change.  Sydney Reynolds recommends you to join Legislative because you really get to express who you are and what you believe. Sydney also recommended joining the legislative branch because you get to be yourself and you won’t get judged by anyone you’re around. Sydney also said the only reason she loves speaking about her opinions is because she loves the relaxed and welcoming environment everyone creates in the Legislative branch. 

Ava Nichols is a first year in Youth in Government and is loving her first experience with being in the Legislative branch. Ava got moved to participate in the Senate during model government. She has enjoyed her first ever experience in youth and government so far despite being moved to participate in senate for her having it be her first year.  Some of the things Ava has enjoyed getting to debate are all of the interesting bills she has seen so far. Ava Nichols recommended partaking in the Senate because she enjoys seeing all of the interesting bills they get from the Assembly and pointing out some important pros and cons of the bills. 

Ayden Ruppel is a second year in youth and government and is enjoying his first year in Media. Ayden has spent his time interviewing people, writing articles, and taking pictures. Ayden enjoys partaking in media because he likes the freedom we get and enjoys writing as well as photography. Ayden has suggested joining the media because of all the fun activities the media branch does throughout the group. Ayden Ruppel also encourages people to join the media branch because of all the creativity he can put into making videos as well as creating articles. 

Myles Oluwo is a second year Youth in Government and is enjoying his second year in the Supreme Court. Something Myles enjoys doing in the Supreme Court is getting to break down different cases. Myles Oluwo highly encourages you to join the Supreme Court because all  of the cases they break down are interesting and overall fun to break down.
